I really enjoyed the four sessions learning to Nordic Walk. Sarah made it fun and something to look forward to each week. Sarah is awesome! She handled the range of ages, abilities and fitness levels so well, so everyone was made to feel confident and able.
I’ve now ordered my own poles, been on my first official walk and looking forward to my next one up Butser Hill.
When done properly, I can really feel how Nordic Walking is beneficial for the whole body-something I really need. The bonus is that it’s getting me out in the beautiful countryside and allowing me to meet some lovely new people! 🙂
