I really enjoyed the four sessions learning to Nordic Walk.  Sarah made it fun and something to look forward to each week.  Sarah is awesome! She handled the range of ages, abilities and fitness levels so well, so everyone was made to feel confident and able. I've now ordered my own poles, been on my first official walk and looking forward to my next one up Butser Hill. When done properly, I can really feel how Nordic Walking is beneficial for the whole body-something I really need.  The bonus is that it's getting me out in the beautiful countryside and allowing me to meet some lovely new people! :)

As an unfit, overweight, nearly 10 years retired, country-lover, spotting Sarah's poster for a free taster session of Nordic Walking tempted me to 'have a go'! Sarah's efficient, focused, encouraging, well-instructed four week course ensued, with the last lesson in a 'ferocious storm'.  This gave me a sense of achievement and a new activity to pursue.  The poles aid faster walking, so 'off we go'!
